1. A minimum of 3 - 5 working days required for delivery on all Karndean products. 

2. These products are specially ordered in and not available for fast delivery. 

3. We cannot offer a returns/exchange on these products and would fall under 5.1 (Bespoke Size/Remnants/Ordered In Products) of our Delivery & Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

4.  You will receive your Karndean Warranty information directly from Karndean either by email or post.

5. Please check for damages before signing for your delivery. If your item is damaged during transit by courier, please reject the delivery and allow them to return it to us.
